Inside Sales Associate


We are currently hiring for a Lead Generator/Appointment Setter-Inside Sales. Bilingual & a licensed real estate agent preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position.

This position will be responsible for developing sales leads within targeted geographic areas and converting them into appointments. In this role, you will be spending 80%-90% of your day on the phone prospecting potential clients. You will be expected to build rapport, uncover clients’ real estate needs, set, and close appointments. You will also be expected to meet and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goals as well as follow scripts and dialogues. The ideal candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, maintains high energy, positive attitude, seeks feedback, and can interact within a professional team environment.   • Initiate sales calls for outbound leads & reach out immediately for inbound leads
  • Be on the phone 80%-90% of your day
  • Track your daily/weekly numbers
  • Meet and exceed goals set by the company
  • Work collectively with the Sales Team to guarantee top performance
  • Give clients the highest level of customer service
  • Practice & Execute sales scripts

Skills and Experience

  • Extremely strong phone skills: high energy, friendly tone, able to close and set appointments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn industry terms and procedures
  • Ability to develop rapport in a short amount of time with potential clients
  • Desire to exceed goals and break sales records
  • Inside or outside sales skill experience is highly desired but not a requirement
